PETER KIONI

Peter has worked in the banking sector for over seven years. While there he was exposed to credit administration, debt recovery, and procurement. He briefly worked as the Acting Company Secretary at Postbank where he managed Board affairs and headed the Legal Department.

Peter was one of the lead members engaged in the consultancy to create the Kenya Trade Network Bill (Single Window) Regulations in 2013. He travelled to Ghana to observe the implementation of the law on the Single Window system and provided advice on the final parts of the Bill.

Peter continues to manage the multi-million shilling conveyancing work of one of the largest (by the size of property on sale) real estate companies in Kenya. He has represented numerous clients both corporates and individuals in real estate management and conveyancing process over properties strewn all over the country.
