Research & Consultancy

Our research arm keeps us updated on new laws and trends which help us anticipate the needs, challenges, and opportunities on behalf of our clients.  We achieve this by tracking bills of Parliament, County Assemblies and the East Africa Legislative Assembly as well as global treaties and agreements. We regularly pick out some relevant areas for in-depth analysis which we package into a training session for our clients or prepare and avail the materials for our clients to digest for themselves. Through this initiative, clients who wish to make any interventions before the Bills are passed have an opportunity to contribute their input and often are able to influence policy direction.

Our Team also does legislative drafting, and advocacy and assists our clients in public participation when need be.
